Easy Tip: Shorcut to shutting down Windows Vista

Hi World,

Need a quick and easy tip to shutdown Windows Vista. Well we have it for you. This is what you have to do:

1. Right-click on your desktop. Choose 'New' from the pop-up box. Next click on 'Shortcut'.
2. A new window will appear and ask you what item you want to create a shortcut for.
3. Inside of that window you will type the following command: Shutdown.exe -s -t 00.
4. After that click 'Next' .
5. Subsequently a new window will pop-up and ask you what to name that shortcut.
6. For this example we will name the shortcut 'SHUTDOWN'.
7. So there you have it, each time you decide to shutdown your computer you have an easier way to do it.

Note: If you changed the -s in the command above to -r you can make the shortcut restart your computer.
