This quick trick is a very easy one because you only need to Cut and Paste. All you have to do is the following:

1. Select and Copy the full YouTube URL of your desired YouTube video.
2. Make a new Tab.
3. Type the following URL in your address bar: http://file2hd.com/.
4. Place the YouTube address in the "URL" field.
5. Select Movie in the "Filter" and check the "Terms of Service" box.
6. Click "Get Files".
7. Right-Click the high-quality MP4 file and "Save Link As".

There you have it. Download High-Quality videos from YouTube.
